They are right; You owe yourself the responsibility to move on.

If you’ve ever been in a messy situation, something fucked up; Rap*, abuse, heartbreak, loss of anyone or anything then you’d know that it affects your mental well being. It takes and breaks something in you. Something that probably, seems like it can’t be gotten back or fixed.

It can. But you’re denying yourself that. Why? Cause you want to live your life in a pity party. You want to constantly feel like the victim. So that you can stay in a dark room and constantly ask people to use their torchlights to help you find a way, just so you can drain them and drag them into your sad pit of despair.

Well you can move on. And you should move on. Cause even after a 100years people would come and go, but what you fear would remain.

Snap out of it, cause it serves you better

Snap out of it, cause you deserve happiness

Snap out of it, cause you deserve to live in the present and experience what your life can be when you’re not in a constant state of victimization.

Snap out of it, You owe it to yourself. No one is saying it’s easy, no one is saying it’s intentional for you to sit in that place of despair but….

You’d be thankful you did, you’d be grateful and happy you did and you’d understand that those things which you use to cage yourself could actually build you; character, strength, health and overall wellbeing.

The only way you can turn your pain into something meaningful is not by living as a victim, but as a victor!
